36TC™ and 44TC™ Tooling

36TC Tooling

All of these shapes are supplied with the pin in this designated position.

36TC punches are supplied with a 1/4" or 7/16" concave shear face.
Concave shear for material 1/4" and under.
Convex (rooftop) is suggested for material over 1/4" thick

44TC™ Tooling

Flat face is standard on all sizes.

36TC and 44TC Die Buttons

36TC and 44TC use the same die buttons. 44TC has a maximum O.D. of 3-3/4".

All dies are supplied with a 1/4" land unless otherwise specified. A 1/4" land is suggested for material up to 1/4" thick. A 1/2" land is suggested for material 1/4" to 5/8" thick. Tapered lands and slug hole are available upon request.
