American Punch can modify a range of standard shapes to meet your needs. Standard shapes include the following:

Standard Shapes

Squares and rectangles "D" dimension is larger than the "S" dimension of the square and larger than the "L" dimension of the rectangle. The "D" dimension must not exceed the body diameter of the punch or the bore diameter of the coupling nut. Check with your salesperson for possible modifications to accommodate oversize tools.

Special Purpose

Diagrams of special purpose punches and dies are shown below.

Lattice bar or corner rounding can be designed to any style punch and die.  The radius required is the determining dimension for punch size and style.
